How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Your custom Coastal Closets order will generally take between 2-3 weeks to be processed. Highly custom and special color solutions can vary, so it is always best to discuss these details with your designer when reviewing your closet solutions.

How long does installation take?

The length of the installation will depend on the complexity of the design, the size of the space and whether you have multiple designs installed. However, most individual installations are completed within one day.

Do I need to remove all personal items, any original systems, shelves and closet rods before installation can occur?

Yes, all personal items and original materials must be removed from the space where your new system will be installed. If you would like to request removal of this material it must be done before your order is placed, however there is a fee associated with this service.

Who is installing my Coastal Closet and much does installation cost?

Installation is included in the cost of your custom Coastal Closets order. One of our expert closet installers will be installing your custom solution with care

How and when does my Coastal Closets Solution get delivered?

Once your order is processed, someone from our operations team will be in touch with you to set up your installation appointment as well as the delivery of your material. Depending on the size of the job, the team will either drop it off the night before or the day of installation.

Do your systems mount on to the wall or sit on the floor?

All Coastal Closets custom solutions are designed and cut to order, and then affixed to the wall. We offer an “off-the-floor” or wall style, as well as a floor-based style designed with toe kicks and top crown molding to resemble the look of custom built-in furniture. Your professional design consultant will walk you through our custom options.

Do you offer services to remove existing closet systems and wire racks?

For a fee determined at the time of design, our team will remove existing systems and spackle screw holes left behind for a fee. Please note that this does not include paint or door removal services. All removed parts will be left for the client to dispose of, but our team will happily place them curbside.

Does Coastal Closets offer a warranty?

Yes, our products come with a limited lifetime warranty.
